We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Early Years Room Leader
to join our team of childcare professionals at our full-day care
service based in Leopardstown, Dublin *
HOURS: *.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* TO ACT AS A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL AND LEAD THE STAFF TEAM IN THE
ROOM IN THE DELIVERY OF A PROGRAMME OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH AISTEAR AND SÍOLTA BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS.
* To support and assist in the provision of full time day care of
the highest quality, in a holistic setting.
* To, guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and
caring environment as part of the childcare team
* Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children in your
care
* To adhere to good practice guidelines in relation to Aistear,
Síolta, and policy document
* Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children in your
care
* To be knowledgeable of all policies and procedures and to follow
them accordingly.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
_(Candidates who do not meet the requirements listed will not be
considered):_
* CANDIDATES MUST AT LEAST 1 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
* Candidates must hold a minimum of Fetac Level 6 (or recognised
equivalent) in a childcare qualification.
* Candidates who hold from level 6 - 8 qualification are preferred.
* Candidates with LINC qualification desired.
